How to apply

To apply for a place for your child, please complete the electronic application form below.

You will receive an emailed response within 4 working days to confirm receipt of your application.

Please also complete this form for places to start later in the academic year. Please note that we aim to fill all places from September and maintain a waitlist for any places that may arise for a Spring or Summer term start.

A deposit of £100 is payable to secure places offered to ALL children. This deposit is returned to you during your child's last term provided all fees have been paid or funding successfully claimed, and a minimum of half a term's notice given that your child is leaving the pre-school.

The offer

Places are usually offered around the middle of May, for a September start. Once we have received your deposit and confirmation that you would like to accept the place offered, we will send you a welcome pack, which must be returned prior to your child’s first day.

The waiting list is arranged in birth order and, in addition, may take into account the following:

the number of sessions required
siblings already attending the setting
the capacity of the setting to meet the individual needs of the child

Sessions requested

Afternoon sessions only available to children who attend the morning session. This will be free for families entitled to 30 hour funding otherwise our normal session fee of £23 per day will apply. Universal 15 hour funding cannot be claimed for a PM session or Lunch Club. If you only require a morning session you can add Lunch Club (packed lunch must be provided) for an additional £8 per day. Early Bird is an additional £4 per day.

This application places your child on our waiting list. We will contact you as soon as a suitable place becomes available. Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee a place for your child. Once your child is offered a place and you accept it, on admission further information and family details are required for our records. If you find that you no longer need the place please inform us as soon as possible. Should you decide you no longer need the place we will not retain the details on this form (see our Privacy Notice).
